3" (DN80)solenoid valve is one of the models of industrial solenoid valve. A solenoid valve is an electromechanical device in which the solenoid uses an electric current to generate a magnetic field and thereby operate a mechanism which regulates the opening of fluid flow in a valve. Normally open gas solenoid valve, that is, direct-driven piston type, through the coil of electricity or not to control the auto shut off solenoid valve switch, that is, whether it works or not. Usually, the coil is energized and the solenoid valve is closed; or the coil is cut off and the auto shut off solenoid valve is opened. In addition, normally open solenoid valves are often used in pipelines where solenoid valves are occasionally closed.
Principle of Auto Shut Off Valve for Gas Line
Normally open solenoid valves have closed chambers, open holes in different positions, each hole leads to different oil pipes, the middle of which is a valve with two electromagnets on both sides, each side of the magnet coil electrifying valve body will be attracted to that side, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak out different oil drain holes, and the oil inlet hole is often open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, of course. After that, the piston of the cylinder is driven by the pressure of the oil, and the piston drives the piston rod, then the piston rod drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current cut off of the electromagnet.
